This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which you may be eligible for a refund on travel-related bookings made through our platform.
2. General Conditions for Refunds
Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of individual service providers (e.g., Expedia, Aviasales, airline carriers, hotels, and tour operators).
It is the customer’s responsibility to review these third-party policies before making a booking.
JetpackStay and SWKKAdventureSriLanka act as intermediaries. We do not issue refunds directly for third-party services.
For bookings made with Sri Lankan hotels via our site, we can assist with refund mediation, provided the request is submitted well before the travel date. Refunds are dependent on each hotel's individual policy. Some hotels may not require deposits for bookings with flexible cancellation terms.
3. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility
Flight Bookings:
Refund eligibility is determined by the respective airline’s cancellation policy.
Non-refundable tickets cannot be refunded unless otherwise specified by the airline.
Refunds for refundable tickets are typically processed within 14–30 business days.
Tour Packages & Adventure Activities:
For bookings made via SWKKAdventureSriLanka.com, we aim to offer full refunds if cancellations are made at least 7 days before the scheduled tour.
For luxury or 4–5-star hotel bookings, refunds will depend on hotel-specific cancellation policies and seasonal demand.
Government-issued tickets (e.g., for entry to heritage or national park sites) may not be refundable if pre-assigned to a specific individual and date.
